This policy explains how Radeefi handles the account, task, habit, note, and preference data needed to provide the service. We apply data minimization, purpose limitation, and least privilege.

Data and use

Data you enter is used to operate product features, synchronization, retrieval, and automation you enable. We do not sell personal data or use personal content for advertising.

SelfPilot and automation

SelfPilot runs rules selected by the user. Operations are recorded for transparency and duplicate prevention, while high-impact actions require explicit approval.

Retention and control

You can request a downloadable copy of your data. Export files expire automatically, and account deletion includes a 30-day recovery window before final deletion.

Security

We use encrypted transport, password hashing, user-data isolation, and automation audit records. No system is risk-free, so controls are reviewed and improved continuously.
